Please note all our products are shipped from distribution centres, approximate delivery for all items will be within 9-22 days. 

How do I change my order after it has been placed?

Please email us at bondibaes@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing an order where possible, we will try to accommodate. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to adjust it as per our returns policy.

Quality Control

Our quality control department properly inspects all items before the item(s) are sent to ensure the product is in perfect condition.

Manufacturing Fault

Our overall aim is simple: to provide the highest quality. However, sometimes things can go wrong, and if this happens, we'll do our best to find a quick and fair solution to solve your issue.

Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers must give the supplier the chance to fix the problem, and we reserve the right to repair a minor fault or minor problem.

It is at the discretion of Bondi Baes to:

  • provide an identical replacement or an item(s) of similar value
  • repair the product within a reasonable time, or 
  • give a refund.

Please note a manufacturing fault does not include general wear and tear. 

Any faults will be required to be notified within seven business days of receiving your item.
